Simply create your Melbourne playlist and submit it via email with your name, contact number and email address.
To enter, visit playmelbourne.com.au and create your own Melbourne playlist. A playlist is a list of Melbourne products and experiences that you can select and build into a customised list. Select products and experiences for your “playlist” from a list of different categories including Food & Wine, and Arts & Culture.
The Prize comprises:
Flights for (2) two people from the winners’ nearest capital city to Melbourne flying on Fri 12 June 2015 and returning on Sun 14 June 2015.
Two (2) night's accommodation on 12 June and 13 June for (2) two people at the Adelphi Hotel, 187 Flinders Lane, Melbourne.

The Prize is non-transferable and the winner(s) must be available to travel at the dates and times stipulated above.
Guidelines for entry
Click “create” and build your own unique Melbourne playlist using products listed on the website.
You can use between (1) one and (10) ten products from anywhere on playmelbourne.com.au to build your playlist. (10) is the maximum number of products you can use. Entrants are encouraged to use a mix of Melbourne products/experiences Eg bars, theatre, events and restaurants etc.
Playlists featuring more than (10) ten products will not be considered.
You must give your playlist a name.
You must email your playlist to (1) one of the following email addresses; (email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org OR email@example.com) once completed and include your name, contact number and email address.
Terms and conditions
Your participation in the Competition constitutes your deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Please note that the Competition is open to residents of all Australian states except Victoria. Entrants must be (18) eighteen years or over.
The Promoter (Tourism Victoria) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
To enter the Competition you must submit your Playlist via email (please use the email address that corresponds to your state)
and include your name, contact number and email address.
Entry into the Competition is unlimited and persons can enter multiple times.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
The Competition commences Thursday 26 March. Submission of Playlists opens at 9am AEST on Thursday 26 March 2015 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Monday 11 May 2015. The winners will be notified by email on Tuesday 12 May and results published on The Thousands website on Thursday 14 May 2015. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner must be available to travel on the specified dates. If not, the Prize will be automatically forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
The Playlist submitted which is deemed the most creative will be determined as the winner by a judging panel comprising of representatives from Tourism Victoria and Right Angle Studio.
The Promoter cannot guarantee that the Prize will include all experiences from the winner’s Playlist due to constraints beyond the Promoter’s control.
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) use of the Prizes.
The Promoter collects your contact details in accordance with the Data and Privacy Protection Act 2014 (Vic) for the purposes of the Competition only and as a participant you agree to this collection and the Promoter acknowledges that it will not disclose such information to any third parties. However you acknowledge that the Promoter may send you further information and promotional material relating to the Promoter’s products.
